The hotel exceeded our expectations in several aspects. the restaurant attached to the accommodation provided us with a truly memorable dining experience. The food was simply delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Additionally, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They provided excellent service, always with a smile and were extremely helpful. Second, the rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated having a kitchenette available. Lastly, the breakfast offered was outstanding, with homemade jams and yogurt that added a special touch to our mornings.
No areas for improvement, our stay was flawless.

The apartment was immaculate and looked newly converted
The village was a long way from the town and the roads in the village were unmade. This meant that we had to park or cars at the entrance of the village near the road

We were charmed by the picturesque location of this mountain hotel. the views of the snow-capped mountains were breathtaking, and the quaint stone village it's situated in provided a sense of escape from city life. the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, like the freshly made beds and tidy bathrooms impressed us. We especially loved the daily breakfasts, offering homemade jams, hearty omelets, and fresh pastries.
The internet connection was spotty in some areas of the hotel.

This is really a bike Hotel, we could repair our bike after a difficult day in the mountain using the dedicated tooling of the Hotel. The personal is very kind and helpful.

The room itself was clean, modern and spacious for two people (would be crowded for four). We had a great view. Although only 5 kilometers outside of Bordonecchia, we loved feeling remote in an ancient stone alpine village. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nearby hiking was wonderful.
My only complaint is that the bed in the studio apartment is a fold-out one. It was not uncomfortable, but not as good as a regular bed.

The hosts were exceptionally good. We went with another family in early February, with lots of snow present. We had a small problem gaining access to Rochomelles by road, however our hosts soon organised a snow plough and minibus, food, wine and hot drinks without much fuss. Each evening we arranged to have food cooked to order, which was generous in quantity and excellent quality as you would expect in Italy. The location is stunning and quite. Bardonecchia is about 15 minutes down the mountain. The owner of the accomodation is a Ski Instructor in Bardonecchia and has a mini bus which he gladly takes people into town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. Would not recomend to stay here if you are not very mobile as the roads in Rochmelle are basically tracks and quite steep.

The mountain experience was really charming. The staff was lovely and always helpful, and the location was picturesque and unspoiled. The real Italian alpine feel was on point, and the authentic and yummy local food offered in the restaurant was highly recommended. the homemade jams and yogurt at breakfast were delicious.
The road to get there from the city was certainly challenging, but the alpine scenery made it worth it. If you're not driving, they offer a shuttle service to make your trip easier.

Our Easter stay in the Italian Alps was idyllic. The location was stunning with breathtaking views of the peaks and valleys. The hotel provided a shuttle service to get to the main attractions, making it convenient for us. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was fantastic, being made with fresh, local ingredients. Additionally, getting up early and seeing the sun rise over the mountains was an unforgettable experience.
The drive to the hotel was a challenge, especially with heavy Easter traffic, so be sure to plan accordingly. Also, there were limited options for activities nearby. However, if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this location is perfect.
